Tracks A5 & 6: taken from the only official Smile 7-inch, released in the USA only as a promo;
Tracks A7 & 8: experimental recordings by Robin Cable from 1972 (featuring Freddie, Brian, and Roger only) and released as a 7-inch single in 1973;
Track A9: recorded in 1973 - but not released until 1991 when it appeared on the "Headlong" single;
Track A10: B-side of the "Seven Seas of Rhye" single;
Track A11: billed as a demo but actually a "Sheer Heart Attack" album track;
